Reality

if regarded from the empirical perspective, this refers to the ordinary world of nature; if regarded from the transcendental perspective, it refers to the transcendent realm of the noumenon.

[A28/B44] Kant holds that although they are transcendentally ideal, objects in space and time have empirical reality. [A218/B265] In line with his coherence account of the nature of truth in the empirically real world, Kant defines actuality as "that which is bound up with the material conditions of experience, that is, with sensation, is actual". [A110] Again, in the Deduction in A Kant speaks of the "objective reality" of our empirical knowledge as "resting on the transcendental law, that all appearances, in so far as through them objects are to be given to us, must stand under those a priori rules of synthetical unity [viz., as prescribed by the unity of apperception and by the employment the categories] whereby the interrelating of these appearances in empirical intuition is alone possible."
