Hard determinism
Called Metaphysical Determinism. Causality is a necessary or a priori truth about the world; nothing happens for which there is no sufficient reason; the world is a mechanism; choices are already determined by previous conditions; no acts are avoidable thus responsibility is a matter of good fortune rather than good character or free choice.
